Greg is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Co-eXprise and providing leadership for company operations. Greg has more than 20 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, management consulting, operations management, enterprise software, and industrial manufacturing with a focus on strategic sourcing, operations and supply chain. Prior to joining Co-eXprise, Greg was a Director at Tenzing Consulting, where he led supply chain transformations at Fortune 500 and private-equity portfolio companies. Before Tenzing Consulting, Greg was a Sales Director at SmartOps Corporation, the market leader in enterprise inventory optimization software solutions.
From 1999 to 2005, Greg was a member of the leadership team at FreeMarkets that grew the company from $10 million to nearly $200 million in revenues and established FreeMarkets as the leading global business-to-business e-marketplace. Prior to joining FreeMarkets, Greg held various manufacturing leadership positions at GE and PPG Industries.
During his more than two-decade career, John has held technology and executive leadership positions across multiple industries covering a wide range of technology disciplines. Mr. Benzinger's accomplishments led him to be named the Pittsburgh Technology Council's 2006 Enterprise CIO of the Year.
At Co-eXprise, John leads all technology operations and is responsible for product strategy and development while managing the company's technical and customer-facing support and service teams. Prior to Co-eXprise, John was the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for ServiceLink, where he was a critical contributor to the success of the corporate acquisition by Fidelity National Financial. Prior to ServiceLink, John led the FreeMarkets technology team delivering multiple ground-breaking product offerings while architecting FreeMarkets' global infrastructure.
Tim is responsible for all commercial operations and driving company growth through customer acquisition. He has been with Co-eXprise since 2006 and has established many of the early customer partnerships that are the foundation of Co-eXprise's success today. Tim has 12+ years of experience in supply chain solution sales, and has worked in both direct sales and account management roles. He has worked almost exclusively with the discrete manufacturing industry; including Fortune 500 customers in the Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Products, and Diversified Manufacturing industries. Prior to Co-eXprise, Tim worked for supply chain software solution providers Ariba, First Index and FreeMarkets.
Tim began his career as an engineer for US Department of Defense research organizations including the Naval Research Laboratory and the Naval Surface Warfare Center. He has engineering degrees from both Penn State and Johns Hopkins universities.
As Executive Vice President and General Counsel Nick provides leadership for all Co-eXprise legal matters. Nick is responsible for managing the contractual needs of Co-eXprise and the relationships with Co-eXprise customers and partners. Prior to joining Co-eXprise, Nick served as primary counsel and a member of the management leadership teams for multiple divisions at Fisher Scientific, where he also provided advice to all corporate divisions regarding procurement, technology and electronic commerce matters.
Prior to Fisher Scientific, Nick served as legal counsel to FreeMarkets from 2000 to 2003 where he advised all facets of this global e-commerce company, including senior corporate officers in sales, technology, product development, finance, operations, human resources, and strategic planning. He also participated in corporate acquisitions and served as lead counsel to Asian and European operations. Prior to joining FreeMarkets, Nick practiced law in the financial services industry at PNC and Federated Investors from 1992 through 2000.
With more than a decade of experience in information technology and platform architecture for supply chain solutions, Paparao leads the software development team at Co-eXprise. Paparao is responsible for architecting and building an enterprise- class, distributed and scalable Web 2.0 sourcing solution leveraging the Microsoft.NET platform.
Prior to Co-eXprise, Paparao was a key contributor in the New Business Technologies (R&D) development group at FreeMarkets. In this role, he was responsible for the development of new products focusing on the supply chain market, including ground-breaking products such as Supplier Implementation and Spend Visibility. Prior to FreeMarkets, Paparao was a Team Lead at Viridien Technologies where he was responsible for building a major J2EE implementation for CVS.com using an MVC Architecture.
